A fully automatic 1-Axis Servo cutting machine with bundle cut option. Servo- PLC control machine with 7" touch screen interface with programmable cutting schedule. User can feed in 5 different sizes, each size can have counter and resettable counter for complete data keeping. Machine RPM is controlled through PLC. 6 interlock/ protection (alarms) eliminate malfunction or accident due human or other circumstantial mistakes/error. Length tolerance within +/- 0.10 mm. current overload interlock through Software is very accurate, thus prevents blade breakage up to 80%.
